Repairs

You may drop off equipment for repair during normal hours at our Pasadena location. Before dropping off equipment, please call for Repair Service.

Our Repair Department is an authorized service facility for most of the brands we sell. Warranty repairs are performed on the premises, unless it is deemed more expeditious to return an item to the manufacturer. Normal turn-around time for a routine repair is one week to ten days.

JD provides "rush” (24-48 hour) repairs upon request. We charge a reasonable fee for rush service when required.

New to JD is our professional video calibration services! Monitors and displays are mass-produced, and therefore manufacturers calibrate most monitors as quickly as possible in order to keep costs down. Our technicians can calibrate video display equipment to the same industry standards used in theaters and production studios. Your monitor will also last longer when properly calibrated.
