All items are subject to prior sale and are limited to inventory at time of sale. Prices subject to change without notice. JD requires payment by electronic (wire) transfer, credit card or certified funds. Company or personal checks may delay shipments or availability of item being purchased until check clears. All equipment sales are final and are sold on a "as-is" basis, and carry a 30-day warranty. Defective items can be returned within 30 days if equipment is non-functional, unless otherwise disclosed prior to sale; a return authorization is required. Equipment sent to JD without prior authorization will be returned. Any equipment subjected to misuse, abuse or is otherwise damaged is not eligible for return and shall be rejected. Items returned within 30 days for non-functionality are may be subject to a 20% restocking fee depending upon condition of item upon receipt. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs and insurance; JD assumes no liability for carrier selection. All items are subject to a $20.00 handling fee. Used equipment is either refurbished or used; we also sell demonstration and new equipment. All equipment is evaluated for proper operation and any known deficiencies are either repaired or disclosed prior to sale. Depending upon the equipment model and manufacturer, we may offer an extended warranty at an additional cost. Contact JD for more information.
